Our company decided to utilize the trial offer of Solid Cart for evaluation of the program. After install, I encountered some redirect issues so I used the "Live Help" feature from the Joozen site. I received almost immediate response on a Sunday afternoon! Viktor was not only efficient, he was friendly and patient as well.

It turned out that I just needed to add a .htaccess file and Viktor provided the necessary code to create it. My site is running perfectly and due to the excellent customer service received, we WILL be purchasing Solid Cart!

I have (finally) tested this enough to make the decision to purchase SolidCart. You guys have been great with support, and I really like having Zen-Cart fully integrated into my Joomla installation.

I am confident that you will continue to offer the same great support for any issues that come up down the line, so I am purchasing today.

When our company first wanted to integrate Joomla and Zencart together, I knew it would be a long task to complete. However when I found JooZen, a component for Joomla and added Zencart within I became hopeful of finding an easy out of the box solution.
Shopmodules guys did not dissapoint. Both Viktor and Andrew gave me outstanding support during the trial version, during the purchase and after installation.
I needed a license - I receive a license same day.
I needed SEF to work - they modified and made SEF work next day.
I wanted to applaud them for their work - and they told me where!
Simply put, one of the best features of JooZen that may not be explicitly stated is their outstanding and fast support.
The support and the product has exceeded my expectations to the point of having me write my first testimonial for them.

I seldom write testimonials..maybe a little too lazy or perhaps a little too busy..But JooZen well deserves a testimonial from me. The software works like a charm. Any problems and the response is quick and accurate. JooZen integrates spectacularly well into Joomla both in structure and in layout. A VERY WELL DONE!!!!
